Find A local experienced Realtor, that’s me! Set up your First-time home buyer consultation.
3rd Step:
Start exploring neighborhoods of your potential new home. Investigate school statistics, shopping, commute, crime stats. Find out everything about the area because you maybe living there!
When buying a home, some Do’s & Don’ts:
Do research and read all documents provided to you.
Do save your money for closing costs and home maintenance.
Do be prepared for out of pockets expenes: Deposit, Appraisal, Home Inspections, Closing costs.
Do not grow weary, this takes time!
Do not make any large purchase as this may affect your debt to income ratios.
Do not bounce any checks!
